HEALTH Minister Sylvia Masebo says Parliament will soon pass a law which stiffens the punishment meted out against those involved in theft of drugs. And Masebo says the government intends to reduce the under-five mortality rate from 61 per 1000 live births to 25 per 1000 live births by 2026.
