GOVERNANCE Activist Rueben Lifuka says State House’s reaction to former ACC board chairperson Musa Mwenye’s statement is disappointing, further arguing that as long as the President keeps appointing the DG, problems will continue. And Lifuka says President Hakainde Hichilema should act on underperforming ministers, rather than reshuffling. On Sunday, Mwenye charged that successive government leaders had always manipulated the operations of the ACC by appointing a strong board to give an image of respectability while appointing a “user friendly” management.
