THE United Kwacha Alliance (UKA) says Wynter Kabimba is free to join them by simply applying, adding that this would enable him to also stand a chance of becoming the presidential candidate. Kabimba, who is the Economic Front leader, recently wondered why his party was not invited to join UKA at its inception, further questioning its objectives.
