JUSTICE Minister Princess Kasune has dispelled reports that the UPND government has secretly embarked on a process of amending the Constitution to suit its agenda. She says President Hakainde Hichilema has guided that any constitutional amendment process will be done transparently, after achieving stakeholder consensus.
