SOCIALIST Party general secretary Dr Cosmas Musumali says they have known about Antonio Mwanza’s manoeuvres to form his own party for about five months but waited for concrete evidence before taking any action. And Dr Musumali has told critics who argue that Socialist Party is undemocratic that democracy doesn’t mean allowing chaos to continue, knowing well it’s hurting the party.
