POLICE in Lusaka have recorded a warn and caution statement from PF faction president Miles Sampa in connection with the alleged offence of seditious practices. And Sampa says the warn and caution statement relates to his video post in which he alleged that the Zambia National Building Society had purchased a building belonging to African Life.
