FIRST Deputy Speaker Attractor Chisangano says having only 15 percent women representation in Parliament is a drop in the ocean. On Friday, NGOCC Executive Director Anne Anamela said her organisation would like to see women holding 60 percent of Parliamentary seats, with 25 percent of those being young women.
