VICE-President Mutale Nalumango says a recent study undertaken by the Centre for Primary Care Research in Zambia shows that approximately 70 percent of alcohol consumed in Zambia is illicit. The Vice-President says statistics also show that people under the age of 35 consume illicit alcohol like junta more frequently, and that these young people want to drink first thing in the morning.
