THE Energy Regulation Board (ERB) says the country will return to normal fuel supply in a weeks’ time, urging people not to engage in panic buying. In a statement, Saturday, ERB Public Relations Manager Namukolo Kasumpa said as of October 11, 2024, the country had 37,063,834 litres of diesel and 8,255,908 litres of petrol in various depots and retail sites countrywide. “The Energy Regulation Board (ERB) wishes to inform the public that the regulatory measures implemented to mitigate the fuel supply challenges are taking effect and are gradually restoring nationwide supply to normal.
