LAW Association of Zambia vice-president Matilda Kaoma says there are certain offences which warrant alternative forms of punishment. And the Zambia Correctional Service has called on the Judiciary to expedite court cases and lessen prolonged adjournments in a bid to reduce congestion of prisons.
