THE Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency (ZAMMSA) has confirmed that one of its key servers crashed, leading to disruptions in some services last month. According to sources close to the institution, the Auditor General’s Office had been auditing the agency when the payroll system crashed. The sources disclosed that ZAMMSA’s wage bill had increased exponentially since UPND came into office. “From the time the UPND came on board, they made some certain changes in the institution.
