THE Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) has suspended Juldan Motorways’ Road Service Licence for three months for failing to comply with GPS installation requirements and violating the ban on night driving, among other reasons. And RTSA says investigations into the Kafue accident that occurred on October 15, involving a Juldan bus in which four people died and 29 were injured, revealed that the driver embarked on another trip to Johannesburg at 03:30 hours, despite having returned from South Africa the previous day around 16:30.
