THE appetite by President HH to defile the Constitution, rape the judiciary and undermine our hard earned democracy is worrying and alarming, says Edgar Lungu. The former president was reacting to a matter in which a Lusaka lawyer has petitioned the Constitutional Court to revisit its decision declaring that PF Cabinet and Provincial Ministers illegally held office after Parliament was dissolved.
