THE Zambia Conference of Catholic Bishops (ZCCB) says there’s always need to have wider consultations before embarking on any constitutional amendment process, whether the clauses being targeted are non-contentious or not. On Sunday, Chief government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa said there was no need to have wider consultations on the proposed amendment of the constitution because they were not amending the whole document.
