THE Zambia Police Service has summoned Socialist Party leader Dr Fred M’membe to appear for questioning on Wednesday, March 26, 2025. Socialist Party National Youth Chairman Kelvin Kaunda says he suspects that the summon is related to a statement Dr M’membe made calling on the defence forces to defend the Constitution.
