ZAMBIA Must Prosper president Kelvin Fube Bwalya says the UPND government is being overly sensitive on former president Edgar Lungu’s funeral. Bwalya adds that Lungu is a national president and as such, can be mourned from anywhere. Meanwhile, Bwalya has appealed to government to help the PF with mobile toilets and water at the secretariat.
