GOVERNMENT says it is engaging the Brazilian government for technical cooperation and support in formulating an agriculture master plan for the Lobito Railway Development Corridor. Minister of Finance and National Planning Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says President Hakainde Hichilema anticipates a business-friendly ecosystem along the Lobito Corridor, viable enough to attract investment from anywhere in the world.
