THE story of Precious Namweemba Magande is mind boggling. This story is shocking and also alarming for several reasons. To start with, the name Precious Namweemba Magande doesn’t ring a bell in the mind of any ordinary Zambian but the story that she has to tell is straight off a script of a Hollywood movie.
