LUSAKA’s Kalingalinga Parish priest, Borniface Mwika has castigated Zesco over its failure to adhere to its own load shedding schedule. He notes that it is very inconvenient for businesses to cope with the unpredictable timetables of power supply, daring them to just announce if they have failed to serve the public so that citizens know not to expect anything.
