THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has dispelled allegations that it is conducting a secret voter registration exercise in selected provinces. On Saturday, PF Secretary General Raphael Nakacinda urged party members on the Copperbelt to be wary of the ECZ’s continuous voter registration exercise, claiming that there was a secret NRC registration exercise being carried out for UPND members. “They have started new NRC registration.
