MAFINGA PF member of parliament Robert Chabinga says he has only seen it on social media that police have summoned him over K85, 000 debt which he allegedly owes his Zambezi East counterpart Brian Kambita. According to sources within the police, Chabinga was summoned over failure to settle K85,000 debt owed to Kambita after collecting soccer balls worth the said amount.
