JUSTICE Minister Princess Kasune says government will not proceed with constitutional amendment if there is no consensus among stakeholders. Kasune however says you cannot have 100 per cent of stakeholders agreeing to an important document such as the Constitution. Speaking when she featured on Hot FM, Friday, Kasune said government would facilitate the process of engagement to ensure consensus.
