THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has convicted and sentenced a former Ministry of Education Laboratory Assistant at David Kaunda Secondary School to three years’ imprisonment with hard labour for forging school documents and personation. ACC has revealed that the convict, Simon Moyo, forged school documents from Petauke Secondary School bearing the name Given Phiri, which he presented to the Ministry of Education and later to Evelyn Hone College, purporting them to be his own certificates.
