GOVERNMENT and public service unions have concluded negotiations on improved conditions of service for civil servants, resulting in a K700 salary increment on basic pay. Zambia Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) president Blake Mulala has described the increment as a win-win outcome, noting that it is likely to trigger additional benefits such as housing allowances.
