THE Road Development Agency (RDA) says the construction of the Kapiri Mposhi Bypass, which is a key component of the Lusaka-Ndola Dual Carriageway, has been completed. RDA Chief Communications and Corporate Affairs Manager Anthony Mulowa says the bypass will ease congestion in Kapiri Mposhi by diverting traffic away from the town centre, thereby improving traffic flow and reducing travel times.
