OIL Marketing Companies Association of Zambia president Dr Kafula Mubanga has welcomed the pronouncement by government that the country will next month start blending fuel with ethanol at 10 per cent. Dr Mubanga has, however, urged government to put in policies that would curtail illegal blending of the commodity to avoid repercussions on the end users.
