BAYAN Construction Limited through its legal representatives GM Legal Practitioners has appealed to the Ministry of Mines against the restriction of its licence No. 27282- HQ- LEL by the Director of Mining Cadastre. Recently, the Ministry of Mines and Mineral Development restricted the mining licence for the said company, citing the firm for undertaking mining activities that were beyond its permission. But the company accused the ministry of having issued a new licence to unknown people on their mine hence overshadowing theirs.
