AMERICA-BASED Zambian law Professor Muna Ndulo says the process of setting up an International Court on Corruption is on-going in the United States. And Lawyer Dumisani Tembo has called for the devolution of some functions of the office of the Attorney General regarding Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) so that unnecessary delays can be avoided. Meanwhile, Siobhan Zeiler of ENSafrica says the PPP model is beneficial when it comes to issues of tender fraud and transparency.
