ECONOMIST Oliver Saasa has challenged government to learn how to dialogue with the private sector, lamenting that since the establishment of the Public Private Dialogue Forum (PPDF) last year, they have only met once. Prof Saasa said the same single meeting, which was held seven months after the forum was constituted by President Hakainde Hichilema, did not even address the nitty gritty of their expectations.
