FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says the kwacha’s performance against major currency convertibles is normal as the fluctuations are within a reasonable band. According to the Bank of Zambia rates, on Friday the dollar was buying at 18.6131 and selling at 18.6613 as at 15:30 hours.
