FINANCE and National Planning Minister Situmbeko Musokotwane has described the Strategic Agriculture Finance Facility (SAFF) as a clincher in the empowerment of small-scale entrepreneurs in the agriculture sector who are not beneficiaries under the Farmer Input Support Programme (FISP). Meanwhile, Agriculture Minister Mtolo Phiri has revealed that so far, 20,250 applicants have been registered under the SAFF loans amounting to K117,216,150.00 of which K110,780,544.00 or 95 percent has successfully been disbursed to 4,528 beneficiaries countrywide.
