THE Jesuit Centre for Theological Reflection (JCTR) has explained that the impact of monthly fuel price changes does not reflect immediately in its cost of living computations, but rather in the subsequent months. Last week, JCTR disclosed that the cost of living for a family of five in Lusaka had reduced by K255.14 in April 2024, according to its Basic Needs and Nutrition Basket (BNNB).
