GOVERNMENT says during this farming season, it has given loans under the Sustainable Agriculture Financing Facility (SAFF) to about 3,000 farmers, amounting to over K400 million. SAFF is a programme under the Ministry of Agriculture which provides financial resources to small-scale farmers, cooperatives, and agro-entrepreneurs.
