THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has granted PF faction Secretary General Rapheal Nakacinda K15,000 bail in his own recognisance after he pleaded not guilty to a charge of seditious practices. And Nakacinda says he is a “rebel with a cause” and has vowed to bring down the UPND government, which he says has caused misery to the citizens.
