A 17-year-old boy accused of raping and murdering a 16-year-old girl who was found dead two months ago within the Kamwala South Secondary School grounds has appeared before the Lusaka Magistrate’s Court for an explanation of the charge. In this matter, ST, a Grade seven pupil from an unidentified school in Kamwala South, is charged with the murder of Blessed Meleki, a Grade 10 pupil at Kamulanga Basic School.
