LOCAL Organising Committee (LOC) acting chairperson for the hosting of the African Athletics Championships Elias Mpondela says the committee is working round the clock to ensure the rehabilitation of the tartan tracks at both the Heroes Stadium and OYDC-Zambia are met within the stipulated time frame.
