VICE-PRESIDENT Mutale Nalumango has disclosed that the affected marketeers who were trading from the burnt Kapalala market will each be given K1,000 to boost their businesses. And Minister of Local Government and Rural Development Gary Nkombo says police are working with the victims to establish what caused the fire, adding that government is not in a rush to arrest anyone as was the case before. Addressing marketeers at Kapalala market, Friday, Vice-President Nalumango said the victims would also be given relief food to help them for the next few days as government worked on resettling them. “Till today, is there nothing nice you can see about this government?
