GOVERNMENT says it has put in place security measures to address the rising number of groupings commonly known as “junkies” that are terrorising people in various parts of Lusaka. Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu was responding to a matter of urgent public importance raised by Chawama PF member of parliament Tasila Lungu in Parliament, Tuesday, to the effect that people in her constituency were living in fear due to a group of youths that had continued to terrorise residents.
