COUNCIL of Churches in Zambia (CCZ) general secretary Fr Emmanuel Chikoya says there is need for the investigative wings to shift their law enforcement approach. In an interview, Friday, Fr Chikoya said the law shouldn’t be seen to only visit members of the former ruling party and leaving those who are connected to the authorities.
