THE Auditor General’s report on the accounts of parastatal bodies and other statutory institutions for the financial year ended December 31, 2021 has revealed financial irregularities amounting to over K3 billion and US$36 million. On the other hand, the Auditor General’s report on the audit of accounts of Local Authorities for the same period has revealed irregularities amounting to over K2 billion.
