SOCIALIST Party leader Dr Fred M’membe says just because President Hakainde Hichilema never used to carry a gun when he was in the opposition does not mean it is illegal to carry a firearm. During the Swearing in ceremony, Friday, President Hichilema said there was need to clean out illegal guns because individuals cannot be allowed to be discharging live ammunition to the public.
