MATERO PF member of parliament Miles Sampa says he will compete against former president Edgar Lungu if he decides to contest the party presidency because he fears no one. Speaking when he featured on Diamond TV, Tuesday, Sampa said democracy demands that anyone can stand when elections are called. “Democracy demands that when elections are called, anybody stands.
