THE National Health Insurance Management Authority (NHIMA) has temporarily closed its head office at Longacres Mall due to flooding. Meanwhile, NHIMA has been awarded by the International Social Security Association (ISSA) for its good practices in social security administration. Announcing the temporal closure in a public notice, Tuesday, NHIMA public relations officer King Syacika said the authority was working at quickly resolving the challenge. “We regret to inform you that our head office at the Longacres Mall is temporarily closed due to unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are working diligently to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
