UPND Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa says it will be presumptuous for the party to take action against members arrested over alleged illegal mining of Sugillite as they are innocent until proven guilty. Last week, police in Mansa jointly arrested and charged 19 people for the offences of carrying out mining operations without a licence and conveying property reasonably suspected to have been unlawfully acquired.
