INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says government has not noticed any despair among citizens but only appreciation for what it has done so far. Former defence minister George Mpombo recently claimed that the prevailing mood of despair in the country was forcing people to look for alternative leadership, hence calls for former president Edgar Lungu’s political comeback. But commenting on Mpombo’s remarks in an interview, Milupi said he had traveled to various parts of the country but hadn’t noticed any despair.
