JAPANESE Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Nishimura Yasutoshi says Zambia is a stable, democratic nation in Southern Africa. And Yasutoshi has announced the intention of 11 Japanese companies to explore investment opportunities in the country in the area of mineral exploration.
