FORMER secretary to cabinet Leslie Mbula says he has sensed jealousy among the opposition because of what President Hakainde Hichilema is doing to revive the economy. Commenting on the UPND’s two years in office, Mbula said despite having inherited a “rotten” system, President Hichilema had been working tirelessly to ensure economic recovery. “I can say there’s a lot of jealousy from the opposition because of what this man is doing.
