LUSAKA Lawyer Makebi Zulu says the refusal by Cabinet Office to grant authority to former president Edgar Lungu to travel to South Africa for medical review is misplaced. In a letter dated September 7, 2023, Deputy Secretary to Cabinet Dr Oliver Kalabo informed Lungu that his request to travel to South Africa had not been granted.
