FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says over K3.4 million has been paid back by 59 former PF cabinet, provincial and deputy ministers who illegally stayed in office after the dissolution of Parliament in 2016. And Dr Musokotwane has assured that the illegality of staying in office when one has to vacate will not be experienced under this administration.
