PF member Yamfwa Mukanga has challenged Energy Minister Peter Kapala to come out in the open and clear his name in the fuel scandal he is alleged to have been involved in. On Monday, News Diggers reported that Kapala had, again, awarded a fuel supply contract without following tender procedure. Kapala has given a diesel supply deal to Transworld Petroleum Limited, another company which is believed to be close to the ruling party.
